The hotel was a big disappointment overall. The rooms were of very poor quality, with dirty balconies and deteriorated exterior. They did not meet my expectations, and I felt uncomfortable during my visit, especially considering the water issue and sewer-like smell. The sheets were dirty, adding to my discomfort. The staff service was subpar, with a lack of friendliness and helpfulness. The location, although initially showing promise, did not live up to expectations, considering the hotel's area. The dining experience was below par, falling short of even basic breakfast standards. The facilities left much to be desired, lacking key amenities and services.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were tiny and lacked basic amenities like a microwave or mini fridge, making it challenging for my relative with mobility issues. The lack of proper bedding was disappointing. On the bright side, the service was friendly and pleasant. Despite these drawbacks, the renovation completion was a positive change.
