They did not meet my expectations, and I felt uncomfortable during my visit, especially considering the water issue and sewer-like smell. The sheets were dirty, adding to my discomfort. The staff service was subpar, with a lack of friendliness and helpfulness. The location, although initially showing promise, did not live up to expectations, considering the hotel's area. The dining experience was below par, falling short of even basic breakfast standards. The facilities left much to be desired, lacking key amenities and services.
